A Founder's Story

After over 20 years working in human resources and operations across the federal government, energy, and healthcare sectors, I’ve seen the full range of how organizations treat their people.

Some companies left me deeply inspired — places where employees were recognized, supported in their mental health and work-life balance, and truly excited to come to work. Others, unfortunately, treated employees like write-offs — overworked, undervalued, and ultimately burned out.

As an HR Manager and operational leader, I’ve built teams and divisions from the ground up. I’ve led policy development in new and evolving industries like wind energy, and I’ve navigated complex labor relations in healthcare. Through all of this, one truth has remained constant:
